Important Notes
The auditorium at the Oasthouse Theatre is located on
the first floor. A stair lift is available for patrons who need
it but, apart from the hearing loop, there are no other facilities
designed specifically for the disabled.
No smoking is allowed in the theatre.

Telephone Bookings
The Box Office opens on the Monday, 9 working days before the first night
of the play (i.e. the previous week) apart from the pantomime which has its
own set of rules (see the
Forthcoming Productions page for
details).
It is open Monday to Friday only, between 9am and 8pm.

Please be patient if you get the answerphone message, our volunteer
cannot sit by the phone all the time.
Note: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a
performance will be charged at normal prices.
Postal Bookings
Advance booking forms for the next production are available from the Theatre,
or can be
printed
from this site. Completed forms should be sent, with a cheque for the full amount (payable to RaTS Ltd), to:

If you require a receipt, please also enclose a stamped, self-addressed
envelope with your application.
Tickets must be collected from the Box Office on arrival at the Theatre on the
night of the production.
Bookings In Person
Tickets can be booked in person at the Box Office on any performance night
between 7:15 - 7:45pm.
Payment
Tickets that are ordered, but not paid for, must be collected by 7:45pm on
the day of the performance or they are liable to be re-sold.
Tickets can be paid for in person on the night (by cash or cheque) or by post
(cheque only, to the address shown above, made payable to RaTS Ltd).
We regret that we are unable to accept payment by credit or debit cards.
Please note that bookings (both postal and telephone) are
non-refundable unless we can re-sell the tickets. Please try to give at least
24 hours notice if you need to cancel.

The following prices apply to all nights of all productions unless
otherwise notified.

£6.00 for non-members
