The action takes place in the Court Room of any small town in the world, on
Good Friday night and the subsequent 24 hours.
This was a 'community' production with support from many local groups. Actors
were loaned from St Margaret's Church Rainham, St Stephen's Church Chatham, The
Wallace Collection, Wigmore MADS, and Medway Little Theatre.
The play is a modern mystery play and is based on the events of Good Friday
and the subsequent 'disappearance' of the body from the cave.
This play was our entry into the Kent Drama Festival. We received two
nominations in the On Stage in Kent Awards (OSKAS) with David O'Brien winning the
Marlowe Shield for Best Actor and Jean Russell receiving a Highly Commended award
in the Best Actress category.
