"Listen very carefully... I shall say zis only once!" This stage version of the
popular TV comedy finds all your favourite characters from Café Rene up to their
usual tricks, only this time it's much worse with the news that the Führer is to
visit the town. Once again poor Rene is at his wits end.
This production was our entry in the Kent Drama Association's 3-Act Festival in
which we finished 4th overall (2nd on just acting marks). Special congratulations
go to Phil Willing (winner - Best Set Design), Bill Beck (runner-up - Best Actor) and
Beryl Lacey (runner-up - Best Wardrobe Achievement). The Society also won the award
for Most Effective Use of Limited Space.
